Working with the Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company we produced strategic proposals for the regeneration of the former Prince Philips Barracks site in Bordon, Hampshire. On completion the scheme will deliver over 2400 new homes and the third largest area of SANG provision in the country. At its heart we are delivering the public realm associated with the new town centre which will provide new shops, offices, cafes, restaurants, a food store, a new six lane swimming pool in a new leisure centre.
